2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (consulting and digital marketing), all sales are final. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for clients who feel that they have not received the value they were expecting based on the terms of our agreement. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, clients must meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the first consultation or the delivery of services.

  • Clients must demonstrate that they have engaged with the services as outlined in the agreed contract.

  • Refunds are issued only for services not rendered or for clear cases of failure to meet the agreed-upon expectations.

Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and clients must provide feedback regarding the issues they encountered to help us improve our service.
Non-refundable services include:

  • Strategy or consultation services that have already been delivered.

  • Customized marketing reports or materials created specifically for the client.

  • Workshops, webinars, or any group sessions already attended.
     

3. Return of Digital Products
Since our services are primarily consulting and digital in nature, returns are not applicable to any digital products or deliverables such as reports, presentations, or training materials once they have been delivered electronically.
 
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel any ongoing consultation or service, please inform us at least 7 business days in advance. Cancellations must be sent via email to [Insert email address]. If cancellation occurs before the service delivery date, clients may receive a partial refund based on the time and resources already committed.
 
5. Dispute Resolution
